The Midnight Library

A speculative fiction novel that follows Nora, a girl who is forced into the midnight library––a realm between life and death. She must look through the stories of her potential lives to discover a life worth living.
Easy to read, but had a lot of surface-level perspectives on depression as well as a pretty unoriginal concept.
There were also a couple of sex references that sounded like deceptive sex, which isn't consensual (it's referenced, but not described)

Protagonist, January Andrews, is a best-selling romance author who has to come face-to-face with her dead dad's secret second life... all the while going through one of her worst writer's blocks... and living next to her college rival, Augustus Everett.
A cute enemies-to-lovers between two polar-opposite authors: "serious man" literary fiction vs. "silly girl" romance.
Addresses gendered stereotypes in the literary world and presents an interesting character arc for January. However, the development of Augustus feels unfinished, and many key points are never addressed.
